Elman Telman oglu Abdullayev has been recalled from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Kenya, Djibouti and Rwanda, as well as Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the African Union and the UN Office in Nairobi.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.
Under the relevant order, Elman Telman oglu Abdullayev has been appointed as Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to UNESCO.
